What was the highlight of Valeria Madina Club
Relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. Have had better food at other Valeria hotels in the area
The staff were on the whole, very friendly and helpful. The first room we were given was a long way from the facilities. We were moved to one much closer, which suited us better as my wife needs a stick to get round. The pools were nice. Some of the yellowcoats made a bit of an effort with the evening entertainment. The formal garden off the rear of the loungs was nice and tranquil.
The food was well presented although I never had a piping hot meal the whole time we were there and one night, I seemed to have got food poisoning. There was a lack of real choice for vegetarians such as myself. At lunch, we enjoyed the outside pizzas, although eating outdoors was accompanied by a large number of flies and wasps. NONE of the public toilets were on ground level. All of them were below ground, meaning inconvenience for my wife with her mobility issues. The wi-fi was patchy.

Not worth the money I paid for.
I liked the pool side, the entertainment and the music
I didn’t like the food, the way they clean the room, the room was cold, the towels was dirty and the bed sheets, the smell of the room wasn’t good, they need to update the rooms, new toilets, new decorations, new beds and stuffs. Also the internet wasn’t working properly. They should put fix phones in each room, because if we needed anything else we had to walk all the way to the reception.
